Gerrard Cowan caught up with senior executives at Evolito Ltd, who told us that the U.K.-based company has received interest from #eVTOL manufacturers in its axial flux motor technology, though the company could not share which eVTOL companies its working with.

As the world’s news agenda moves on from #COP26, questions remain about the depth of the commitments made at the Summit and how nations will practically deliver on them.  One thing is clear, however - aviation has an important role to play in reducing global emissions. Analyst firm Roland Berger forecasts rapid electrification in the industry, with 3,000 eVTOL passenger drones taking to our skies for air taxi and airport shuttle service by 2025, rising to almost 100,000 by 2050.  Electric flight won’t just reduce emissions in the aviation space.
