Invited Artists

This application is for artists who had been scheduled for one of the Integrity Shows Art Fairs in 2020. We are planning a high-energy online art fair to feature you! The fair will remain online for shopping through Christmas. From December 1st through the 6th, MiArtfairs.com will feature your art at no fee. Sold items will be charged a 30% commission to cover expenses. The event will receive press and advertising support. We suggest featuring work that is appropriate for holiday shopping. This opportunity is available only to those that had been accepted into one of our fairs and choose to participate. We will be going with the Eventeny platform, so if you already have a profile it will be simple for you to participate. This event will be different than "Virtual Art Fairs". We are combining the best aspects of online- (shop anytime from anywhere) with some of the things that make in-person work- (live interaction, live demonstrations, surprise treats...).

Rules (The Fine Print) 1. Your work must be original and created by you as the artist. If we have reason to believe that your work is not original and created by you, we reserve the right to make reasonable inquiries into the origin and authenticity of your work. High-quality prints are acceptable as long as they were included in your application. You give us the right to discontinue your participation should you violate the rules. 2. Your work may only be in the medium and styles as presented to and accepted during the application process. This includes a proportional representation of the medium and styles presented to and accepted. 3. You must agree to ship items within five working days of order. Your Eventeny profile should include any fees or special shipping arrangements. 4. You may not share a profile unless all artists sharing have been accepted by the jury and prior arrangements for sharing have been made and accept by us. 5. You acknowledge and agree that you are required by law to collect and remit state sales taxes. 6. You understand that there is a 30% commission on sales which covers Eventeny's fees, credit card fees, and a small stipend to Integrity Shows to help cover our expenses. 7. You authorize us to use your name, image, and likeness, as well as representative samples of your work, for purposes of promoting and advertising the art fair. 8. This event is completely separate from other events produced by Integrity Shows and only affects your participation in live shows if there is a major breach of agreement. 9. Your booth must remain open during all event hours. At least one of the artists listed on your application must be present during the event. 10. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROPER INSURANCE AND PROTECTION FOR SHIPPING YOUR ART 11. You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Integrity Shows and their agents and employees for any damage. 15. We reserve the right to amend these rules at any time with prior written notice to you. You acknowledge that Eventeny may have rules of its own and agree to abide by those rules as well.
